Donor Policy

Effective Date: August 28, 2024

A Miracle Pathway Foundation (“AMPF,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is dedicated to enhancing the lives of youth through educational opportunities and community support. As a national organization, AMPF collaborates with local entities and partners to achieve its mission. We are committed to ensuring transparency, privacy, and respect for all donors, volunteers, and partners.

Each local entity affiliated with AMPF operates independently as a separate legal entity, governed by its own board of directors or equivalent governing body. While these entities are responsible for their own operations, including compliance with federal, state, and local laws, financial management, program development, and personnel decisions, they are required to undergo a thorough vetting process before affiliation. Moreover, these entities must directly adhere to the policies and guidelines set forth by AMPF. AMPF reserves the right to oversee and ensure compliance with these policies to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our mission. Failure to comply may result in the termination of affiliation with AMPF.

As the international organization, AMPF is not liable for the actions or decisions of any local entity affiliated with our network. However, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of donor privacy and data security across all interactions and communications.
